So what’s next?

1.  Look through our inventory and find the home you are looking for.  If you are unable to find the perfect home for you listed in our inventory please fill out the following buyer profile and we will find it for you.

2.  Once the option consideration is paid you are locked into the purchase price for the period of the option.  This means that the homeowner has agreed to sell you this house at a particular price.  As the market appreciates the equity in your new home belongs to you.

3.  Part of your payments each month are applied toward your mortgage balance in the form of a rent credit.

4.  You move into your new home.

5.  When you become a client of ours, you are automatically placed into our credit repair program so while living in your new home we will work with you to raise your credit score enough to qualify for a low-interest, long-term mortgage.
